October 2025 – November 2025: A selection on display at the Muséum de Grenoble

The AlpAlga 2023-2024 photo competition has come to an end with a host of breathtaking entries from all over the world! The jury, composed of Rebecca Bilon, of the Museum de Grenoble, Anne Delestradeof CREA Mont Blanc, Marie Dumont, from the Centre d’étude de la neige, Kilian Jornet, ski mountaineering champion, Eric Maréchal, Alpalga coordinator and Jean-Gabriel Valay of Jardin du Lautaret. The jury deliberated with great difficulty, as the photos were so magnificent.

Seven photos were finally selected:

7. Le Coeur (45°33’0.294N 6°49’57.784E) – by Thomas Pauze (France)

We have selected two photos of the first two winners, Thomas Pauze and Alex Innes Thompson!

Well done to all! These photos are displayed on the AlpAlga website with the permission of their authors, and will be presented to the public as part of an exhibition at the Maison de la Montagne in Grenoble from October to November 15, 2025.
